Alcohol monitoring equipment, face recognition equipment and fingerprint card punching equipment are installed on an operation table of a lift car; a motor of the elevator can be started only when all the conditions in the first step, the second step and the third step are met, an AI algorithm intelligent camera is installed in the elevator car, the number of people in the elevator car is counted, a host is linked with a speed measuring sensor in elevator safety monitoring when the fifth step is not met (if the number exceeds the set number of people, a power source is forcibly cut off), and warning sound is given out when the speed reaches 80% of a specified value; when 98% of the power supply reaches a specified value, the power supply is cut off immediately, and a host is linked with an angle sensor in elevator safety monitoring; when the instantaneous change value reaches 30% of the highest danger value, a warning sound is given out; and when the instantaneous change value reaches 50% of the highest danger value, the power supply is forcibly switched off, and the power is shut down immediately.
