A rotary flying coaxial unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a load cabin, a battery cabin, an upper rotor wing assembly, a motor cabin, a lower rotor wing assembly, a power control cabin, avionics equipment, an undercarriage cabin, a lower battery cabin and a task cabin which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom along a main shaft, and the upper rotor wing assembly comprises an upper rotor wing propeller hub and upper rotor wing blades. The upper rotor propeller hub is rotatably connected with the motor cabin through a mounting seat, the mounting seat is rotatably connected with the motor cabin and the main shaft, and the upper rotor propeller hub can freely swing in the axis direction of the main shaft. The included angle alpha between the upper rotor hub and the axis of the main shaft is 70 degrees when the upper rotor hub swings to the maximum amplitude. The invention provides a rotary flying coaxial unmanned aerial vehicle. Through the specially designed upper rotor assembly structure, the wind resistance of the upper propeller can be greatly improved through multi-degree-of-freedom flapping.
