The invention relates to a low-Reynolds-number single-section airfoil profile suitable for a low-speed unmanned aerial vehicle. The leading edge radius of the low-Reynolds-number single-section airfoil profile is 0.625% C, the maximum thickness of the airfoil profile is 7.10% C, the maximum thickness position is 28.33% C, the maximum camber of the airfoil profile is 1.10% C, and the maximum camber position is 27.93% C; wherein C is the chord length. The resistance coefficient and the lift-drag ratio of the airfoil profile are both superior to those of an original airfoil profile when the lift coefficient is 0.1-0.4, the airfoil profile resistance is reduced, in three-dimensional application, the aerodynamic efficiency of the airfoil profile is improved, and the aerodynamic characteristics of the airfoil profile are both superior to those of the original airfoil profile when the lift coefficient is 0.2-0.5.
