The invention relates to the technical field of power and transmission, in particular to an accelerated object take-off auxiliary device and a take-off method. According to the accelerated object take-off auxiliary device, the phase change unit is arranged to achieve phase change conversion of the carbon dioxide, the flow mixing and pressure equalizing unit communicates with the driving cavity through the power source interface so that the carbon dioxide obtained after phase change can be conveyed into the driving cavity, and therefore the energy conversion efficiency and the utilization efficiency are improved. The carbon dioxide after phase change in the driving cavity drives the traction piece to drive the sliding shuttle to move, so that the sliding shuttle drives the accelerated object to move in an accelerated mode. The buffer system and the reset system are arranged to consume residual kinetic energy generated when the driving cavity drives the traction piece and the sliding shuttle after accelerated movement of the accelerated object is finished, and the acceleration system and the buffer system are driven to reset. According to the phase-change carbon dioxide recycling device, the condensation backflow system is arranged and communicates with the phase-change unit and the driving cavity, and therefore recycling of phase-change carbon dioxide in the driving cavity is achieved.
