The invention relates to an underwater nondestructive testing and flaw detection robot which comprises a bottom frame, a manipulator is arranged on the bottom frame, and an ultrasonic testing module is arranged on the manipulator; the fixing mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the bottom frame, and the bottom frame is fixed to the water bottom through the fixing mechanism; the propelling mechanism is arranged on the side face of the bottom frame, and the bottom frame moves through the propelling mechanism; the bottom frame can be fixed in sediment at the water bottom through the fixing mechanism, so that the bottom frame is kept stable in the whole detection process and is not prone to moving and shaking due to the influence of water flow; and then the position needing to be detected is detected through the manipulator, so that the detection efficiency and precision are ensured.

    本发明涉及一种水下无损检测和探伤用机器人,包括,底架,所述底架上设置有机械手,所述机械手上设置有超声波检测模块;固定机构,所述固定机构设置于所述底架底部,所述底架通过固定机构固定于水底;以及推进机构,所述推进机构设置于所述底架侧面,所述底架通过推进机构移动;本发明可通过固定机构底架固定在水底的泥沙中,从而使底架在整个检测过程中保持稳定,不易受到水流的影响而产生移动和晃动;而后通过机械手对需要检测的位置进行检测,以保证检测的效率和精度。
