The invention discloses a floating type wind power foundation which comprises a central floating type stand column used for installing fan equipment. The floating type air bag assemblies are connected to the central floating type stand column through the connecting beam assemblies; the first gravity block is connected with all the floating type air bag assemblies through connecting rods; one end of the mooring rope is connected with the floating type air bag assembly, and the other end of the mooring rope is connected with a second gravity block. According to the floating type wind power foundation provided by the invention, the central floating type stand column is a main supporting part of the floating type wind power foundation and is used for providing a mounting foundation for fan equipment. By means of the floating type air bag assemblies, a metal floating barrel in the prior art is improved, the using amount of steel is reduced, then the structural weight is reduced, and operation and maintenance are convenient. When some floating airbags are damaged, all buoyancy cannot be lost, and through water level monitoring and posture monitoring data, an alarm can be given in time, and an operation and maintenance strategy can be formulated in advance.
