The invention discloses a bicycle power transmission device suitable for a user. A bicycle power transmission device (100) is provided with a first rotating body (2), a pair of second rotating bodies (3), an elastic member (4), and a stopper member (5). The pair of second rotating bodies (3) is disposed so as to sandwich the first rotating body (2) in the axial direction. The pair of second rotating bodies (3) are detachably attached to each other. The elastic member (4) elastically connects the first rotating body (2) and the pair of second rotating bodies (3). The stopper member (5) is disposed between the pair of second rotating bodies (3). The first rotating body (2) has a stopper surface facing the stopper member (5) with a gap therebetween in the rotation direction.
