Thus, a traditional telescopic sleeve structure is replaced with the connecting rod mechanism, due to the rotating motion characteristic of the connecting rod mechanism, low friction resistance can be kept in the telescopic process, the problem of large resistance caused by telescopic motion of a traditional sleeve is effectively solved, and the motion flexibility of equipment is improved. And in addition, the structure is relatively simple, the manufacturing and maintenance cost is relatively low, and the overall economical efficiency and reliability of the equipment can be improved.

    本发明涉及工程机械领域,提供一种伸缩底盘及作业机械,包括:主车架和一对履带架,一对履带架分别设置于主车架的两侧;第一连杆机构,包括第一连杆和一对拉板,第一连杆的两端分别与一对拉板铰接,且一对拉板与一对履带架对应设置,拉板分别与主车架和履带架铰接;伸缩驱动件,伸缩端与其中一个拉板铰接,以通过第一连杆机构带动一对履带架相向运动或背向运动。这样,通过采用连杆机构代替传统伸缩套筒结构,由于连杆机构的转动运动特性,可在伸缩过程中保持较低的摩擦阻力,从而有效避免了传统套筒伸缩所带来的较大阻力问题,提高了设备的运动灵活性。此外,其结构相对简单,制造和维护成本相对较低,有助于提高设备的整体经济性和可靠性。
