The invention relates to a broken rail type composite rail transfer device which is arranged between a first rail and second rails and comprises a relay rail and a lifting rotation driving part connected with the relay rail, and the second rails are arranged in multiple layers in the direction of the lifting rotation driving part. Each layer is arranged along the circumferential direction with the same radius; the lifting rotation driving part is configured to drive the relay track to rotate by a set angle and/or lift by a set distance until the relay track is in butt joint with the selected second track. According to the air track transfer device, the multiple layers of second tracks corresponding to the relay track are arranged, each layer is provided with multiple second tracks, the relay track can be in butt joint with each second track in each layer conveniently by means of connection of the lifting rotation driving piece and the relay track, and compared with the prior art, the air track transfer convenience is improved.
