The invention discloses an automatic workshop passing device for rail transit vehicles, which belongs to the technical field of rail transit and comprises two framework components, a plurality of shear fork driving components, two folding shed components and a control system. The two framework assemblies are oppositely arranged. The fixed ends of the shear fork driving assemblies are fixedly connected with the corresponding framework assemblies. One ends of the two folding shed assemblies are fixedly connected with the corresponding framework assemblies respectively, and the other ends of the folding shed assemblies are in transmission connection with the output ends of the shear fork driving assemblies. When people pass through adjacent carriages, the control system controls the vestibule assemblies to stretch out, and after locking, a channel is established between the two carriages for people to pass through; when not used, the folding shed assembly is controlled to be recycled through the control system and hidden at the vehicle end after being locked, and the concealment requirement of special products is met. According to the designed automatic workshop passing device, control operation can be completed in a vehicle, extension butt joint and recovery time is short, automation is high, and use safety can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了一种轨道交通车辆自动化车间通行装置,属于轨道交通技术领域,包括两个骨架组件、若干剪叉驱动组件、两个折棚组件以及控制系统。两个骨架组件相对布置。若干剪叉驱动组件的固定端与对应骨架组件固定连接。两个折棚组件一端分别与对应骨架组件固定连接,折棚组件另一端与若干剪叉驱动组件的输出端传动连接。相邻车厢有人员通行时控制系统控制折棚组件伸出,锁定后在两车间建立通道,供人员通行;不使用时通过控制系统控制折棚组件回收,锁定后隐藏在车端,满足特种产品的隐蔽性要求。本发明设计的自动化车间通行装置,可在车内完成控制操作,伸出对接、回收时间短、自动化高、可有效提高使用安全性。
