The invention relates to the field of automobiles, and provides a fault confirmation and fault recovery method and system based on a pure electric vehicle, and the method comprises the steps: selecting a filtering mode suitable for a current fault according to different fault calibration; five different time filtering processing modes of a non-filtering mode, a continuous filtering mode, a rising and falling jitter removing filtering mode, a rising superposition and falling slope jitter removing mode and a rising superposition and falling continuous jitter removing mode are designed, and then a fault frequency filtering processing mode is designed to be combined with the different time filtering processing modes. According to the invention, fault confirmation and fault recovery of different types of faults are realized, the problem of failure of fault confirmation and fault recovery caused by fault jump is avoided, the efficiency of fault confirmation and fault recovery is further improved, and the universality and flexibility of fault confirmation and fault recovery are greatly improved.

    本发明涉及汽车领域,提出了一种基于纯电动汽车的故障确认和故障恢复方法及系统,通过根据不同的故障标定,选取合适当前故障的滤波模式,设计了不滤波模式、连续滤波模式、上升下降去抖滤波模式、上升叠加下降斜率去抖模式、上升叠加下降连续去抖模式五种不同的时间滤波处理模式,再通过设计一种故障次数滤波处理模式与不同的时间滤波处理模式相结合,实现了对不同种类的故障进行故障确认和故障恢复,避免了因故障跳变导致故障确认和故障恢复失败的问题,进一步的提高了故障确认和故障恢复的效率,极大地提高了故障确认和故障恢复的泛用性和灵活性。
