The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, and discloses a power supply method and device of a vehicle and a computer readable storage medium, the method and device are applied to the vehicle, the vehicle comprises a power battery, a load power supply end and a load, and the method comprises the steps that the current electric quantity of the power battery is detected; judging whether the current electric quantity of the power battery is greater than or equal to preset electric quantity; if the current electric quantity of the power battery is larger than or equal to the preset electric quantity, whether the current vehicle meets the preset external power supply condition or not is judged; and if the preset external power supply condition is met, controlling the load power supply end to be electrically connected with an external power supply device, so that the external power supply device supplies power to the load through the load power supply end. By means of the technical scheme, the problem that in the prior art, under the condition that no electricity demand exists, the pile end continuously supplies power to the vehicle, and consequently electric energy is wasted can be solved.
