The management method comprises the following steps: receiving a charging mode selected by a user; according to the selected charging mode, charging point load and charging task intelligent scheduling, target charging pile equipment is started through an IOT data platform; charging data of the charging pile equipment are received, monitored and analyzed in real time through the IOT data platform, and abnormal information of the charging pile equipment in the charging process is obtained; processing the abnormal information in real time to optimize the charging mode of the charging pile equipment; and the abnormal information is sent to the operation terminal and/or the user terminal. According to the electric bicycle charging pile charging management system and method provided by the invention, multiple technical schemes are adopted to guarantee charging safety so as to cope with charging modes of various charging requirements and reduce charging risks, and an intelligent alarm of real-time communication of the charging pile effectively helps an operator and a user to find charging abnormity in time, so that the charging safety is improved. And risks of occurrence and expansion of charging accidents are reduced.
