The invention discloses a power confluence hybrid stepless planetary transmission. The power confluence hybrid stepless planetary transmission is formed by combining a motor 13, an excitation generator 8, a permanent magnet generator, a single-row two-stage planetary gear mechanism and an electric control system, the excitation generator 8 and the motor 13 are respectively fixed on a transmission shell, the left end of a permanent magnet generator shell 2 is connected with a clutch shaft of an engine 1, and the right end of the permanent magnet generator shell 2 is connected with the single-row two-stage planetary gear mechanism. And the right end is connected with a planet carrier 5 in the single-row two-stage planet wheel mechanism. The left end of a wheel shaft of a sun wheel 12 is connected with a permanent magnet generator rotor 3, the right end is connected with a rotor of an excitation generator 8, and a motor gear 14 is meshed with a generator shell gear 2. The permanent magnet generator shell 2 serves as a power input end and is jointly driven by the engine 1 and the motor or independently driven by the motor 13, and the inner gear ring 6 and the bevel gear 9 serve as power output ends and are jointly driven by the magnetic field resistance torque of the excitation generator 8 and the magnetic field resistance torque of the permanent magnet generator. Therefore, the output power of the inner gear ring 6, namely the bevel gear 9, is equal to the sum of the input power of the engine 1 and the magnetic field power of the excitation generator 8, and is in a power confluence hybrid type, so that the ratio of the output power of the inner gear ring 6 to the input power of the engine 1 is far greater, and the oil consumption of the engine is extremely low.

    本发明公开了功率合流混动无级行星变速器。功率合流混动无级行星变速器由,电动机13、励磁发电机8、永磁发电机、单排双级行星齿轮机构和电控系统组合而成,其中、励磁发电机8和电动机13分别固定于变速器壳体上,永磁发电机壳体2左端与发动机1的离合器轴连结,右端与单排双级行星轮机构中的行星架5连结。太阳轮12的轮轴左端与永磁发电机转子3连结,右端与励磁发电机8的转子连结,电动机齿轮14与发电机壳体齿轮2啮合。永磁发电机壳体2为动力输入端,由发动机1和电动机共同驱动或由电动机13独立驱动,内齿圈6及伞形齿轮9为动力输出端,由励磁发电机8的磁场阻力矩和永磁发电机的磁场阻力矩共同驱动。由此可见,内齿圈6即伞形齿轮9输出功率等于发动机1输入功率与励磁发电机8磁场功率之和,为功率合流混动型,故内齿圈6输出功率与发动机1输入功率之比远大于,发动机油耗极低。
