The invention provides an arrangement method of a stiffening beam of a car door outer plate. The arrangement method comprises the steps that firstly, the bottom edge of a window frame and the position 20-30 cm away from the bottom end of a car door are set as the upper boundary and the lower boundary of the arrangement range respectively; secondly, a first reinforcing beam is installed along the bottom edge of the window frame; thirdly, the second stiffening beams are installed in the range within 5 cm higher than the lower boundary of the arrangement range in parallel; fourthly, one end of a third reinforcing beam is connected with the first reinforcing beam, and the other end of the third reinforcing beam is connected with the second reinforcing beam; and fifthly, one end of a fourth reinforcing beam is connected with the first reinforcing beam, and the other end of the fourth reinforcing beam is connected with the second reinforcing beam. According to the invention, the arrangement range of the stiffening beams is equally divided into three areas with the same area by four stiffening beams, so that the pressure in each area is uniformly distributed, and the purpose of balancing the anti-concave rigidity of the outer plate is achieved.
本发明提供了一种车门外板的加强梁的布置方法,包括:步骤一:将窗框底边和距离车门底端20‑30cm处分别设定为布置范围的上边界和下边界;步骤二:将第一加强梁沿窗框的底边安装;步骤三:将第二加强梁平行安装在高出布置范围下边界5cm以内的范围内;步骤四:将第三加强梁的一端与所述第一加强梁相连,另一端与所述第二加强梁相连;步骤五:将第四加强梁一端与所述第一加强梁相连,将第四加强梁另一端与所述第二加强梁相连。本发明通过将加强梁布置范围用四根加强梁等分成三块相同面积区域,即可达到每一块区域内的压力压强均布,达成外板抗凹刚性均衡的目的。
