The offshore fire-fighting platform system comprises an unmanned ship, a fire-fighting water delivery device, a water-absorbing submersible vehicle and a fire-fighting and fire-extinguishing aircraft, the control system can control the water-absorbing submersible vehicle to dive to a deep water area to absorb water, and the control system can control the fire-fighting and fire-extinguishing aircraft to rise to a high-altitude area above an ignition point. Thus, the fire-fighting mother ship is parked at a place far away from the ignition point, and the unmanned ship is controlled to be parked at a place close to the ignition point through the control system, so that the fire-fighting aircraft can extinguish fire at a short distance, the fire extinguishing efficiency is improved, and meanwhile, the safety of firefighters can be guaranteed; by controlling the water suction submersible vehicle to suck water in the deep water area, the unmanned ship can be prevented from rollover caused by water suction at the ship bottom, the water suction opening is located in the deep water area, and the influence of waves on the water suction submersible vehicle is small.

    本发明公开了一种海上消防设备及控制方法,海上消防设备包括消防母船、控制系统和海上消防平台系统,海上消防平台系统可分离地设于消防母船上,并与控制系统通信连接。海上消防平台系统包括无人船、消防输水装置、吸水潜器和消防灭火飞行器,控制系统能够控制吸水潜器下潜到深水区吸水,控制系统能够控制消防灭火飞行器上升到着火点上方的高空区域。如此,将消防母船停靠在着火点较远的地方,通过控制系统控制无人船停靠在着火点较近的地方,从而使消防灭火飞行器能够近距离灭火,提高灭火效率,同时还能够保证消防人员的安全;通过控制吸水潜器在深水区吸水,能够避免在船底吸水而导致无人船侧翻,吸水口位于深水区,波浪对吸水潜器的影响较小。
