An anti-vibration mechanism for a caster assembly of a saddle-ride type vehicle is provided. The anti-vibration mechanism has a stopper, a first cap, a second cap, and a biasing member. The stopper is positioned within a frame of the saddle-ride vehicle. The first cap has a wall abutting the stopper. The second cap has a wall abutting a stem of the caster assembly. The biasing member has a first end engaging the first cap and a second end engaging the second cap. The biasing member exerts a force on the second cap that exerts a force on the rod to urge the caster assembly toward the ground to help prevent the wheels of the caster assembly from being lifted off the ground.
