The invention provides a motor control method, a motor controller, a motor control system and a readable storage medium. The motor control method comprises the following steps: monitoring all current sensors of the electric drive system in real time; if the failure phenomenon of one phase of current sensor is monitored, judging whether the phase current value collected by the current sensor with the failure phenomenon is within the over-current monitoring threshold value range, and if not, controlling the electric drive system to operate in a preset safety mode until the duration of the failure phenomenon reaches the preset duration of the transition stage; and if the duration of the failure phenomenon exceeds the preset duration of the transition stage, reporting that the current sensor has a failure fault and controlling the electric drive system to operate in a torque control mode. The problems that in the transition switching process from the three-phase current sensor to the two-phase current sensor, the vehicle is out of control, the wheel end transmission shaft is jerked, and the whole vehicle driving experience is poor can be solved, the driving safety in the transition switching process can be guaranteed, and no hardware cost needs to be increased.

    本发明提供了一种电机控制方法、电机控制器、电机控制系统和可读存储介质。电机控制方法,包括:实时监测电驱系统的所有电流传感器;若监测到其中一相电流传感器发生失效现象,则判断发生失效现象的电流传感器采集到的相电流值是否在过流监控阈值范围内,若否,则控制电驱系统运行在预设安全模式直至失效现象持续时长达到过渡阶段预设时长;若失效现象持续时长超过过渡阶段预设时长,则报出该电流传感器发生失效故障并控制电驱系统运行在转矩控制模式。本发明能够避免在由三相电流传感器切换至两相电流传感器的过渡切换过程中车辆失控、轮端传动轴顿挫以及整车驾驶感受体验差等问题,能够保障过渡切换过程的行车安全,而且无需增加任何硬件成本。
