The invention discloses a self-adaptive active cooling system and method for an aero-engine accessory system, the system comprises a liquid storage tank, the liquid storage tank is connected with a heat exchanger to form a liquid supply circulation loop, and a cooling circulation loop is formed among the heat exchanger, a heating device, a conveying device and the aero-engine accessory system; the heat exchanger is connected with the aero-engine accessory system and used for cooling a cooling medium passing through the aero-engine accessory system, the heat exchanger is connected with the heating device, and the heating device is connected with the aero-engine accessory system through the conveying device. A first flow control device is arranged on a pipeline between the conveying device and the aero-engine accessory system, and a temperature detection device is arranged on the surface of the aero-engine accessory system; and the conveying device, the first flow control device and the temperature detection device are respectively connected with the controller. The cooling effect can be actively adjusted according to the real-time working state and the environment condition, it is ensured that the optimal cooling performance can be provided under different working conditions, the cooling power, effect and efficiency are adjusted according to requirements, and the situation of excessive cooling or insufficient cooling is avoided.
本发明公开了一种航空发动机附件系统的自适应主动冷却系统及方法,该系统包括储液箱,储液箱与换热器连接形成供液循环回路,换热器与加热装置、输送装置、航空发动机附件系统之间形成冷却循环回路;换热器与航空发动机附件系统连接用于对经过航空发动机附件系统的冷却介质进行降温,换热器与加热装置连接,加热装置通过输送装置与航空发动机附件系统连接,输送装置与航空发动机附件系统之间的管路上设有第一流量控制装置,航空发动机附件系统的表面设有温度检测装置;输送装置、第一流量控制装置、温度检测装置分别与控制器连接。本发明能够根据实时的工作状态和环境条件主动调节冷却效果,确保在不同工况下能够提供最佳的冷却性能,根据需求调整冷却功率、效果和效率,避免了过度冷却或不足冷却的情况。
