The invention provides an aluminum-zinc alloy material for casting, a component preparation method and application. The aluminum-zinc alloy material for casting comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 5.0%-7.0% of Zn; 1.0% to 3.0% of Mg; 0.20% to 0.40% of Fe; 0.25% to 0.50% of Ni; the aluminum alloy comprises, by weight, 0.10%-0.30% of Si, 0.05%-0.15% of Cu and the balance Al. Wherein the weight ratio of the Zn element to the Mg element is greater than 2.3. In the aluminum-zinc alloy material for casting, the required strength and toughness are obtained by reasonably adjusting the ratio of different elements. Wherein the main alloy elements are Zn and Mg, an MgZn2 strengthening phase is formed in a matrix, so that the alloy strength is improved, the Ni element and the Fe element are simultaneously added on the basis of the Zn element and the Mg element, and the content of the Si element is strictly controlled, so that the influence of the Fe element on the toughness of the material is reduced.

    本发明提供了一种铸造用铝锌合金材料、构件制备方法及应用。该铸造用铝锌合金材料,以质量百分数计,包括:Zn:5.0%~7.0%;Mg:1.0%~3.0%;Fe:0.20%~0.40%;Ni:0.25%~0.50%;Si:0.10%~0.30%,Cu:0.05%‑0.15%,余量为Al;其中,Zn元素与Mg元素重量之比大于2.3。上述的铸造用铝锌合金材料中,通过合理调整不同元素间的配比,从而获得所需的强度和韧性。其中,主要合金元素为Zn和Mg,在基体中形成MgZn2强化相,从而提升合金强度,并且在Zn、Mg元素的基础上同时加入Ni元素和Fe元素,并严格控制Si元素的含量,从而降低了Fe元素对材料韧性的影响。
