The invention discloses an anti-mistaken-touch marine manipulator which comprises an electric control box, a control rod is arranged on the electric control box, a body surface sensing module is installed on a handle of the control rod, the body surface sensing module is connected with a handle control system of the electric control box, and after it is detected that the handle of the control rod is held by a hand, system control can be allowed. And an enabling key is mounted at the end part of the control rod, is linked with a mechanical locking mechanism of the controller through an electric signal, and is connected and matched with the mechanical locking mechanism of the controller through a speed regulating rod. The gear structure of the electric control box is provided with a gear sensing module and a display module. The manipulator is further provided with a magnetic induction sudden stop module. Various mistaken touch prevention methods are integrated, and potential safety hazards caused by a manipulator without mistaken touch prevention protection are avoided. Through mechanical, electrical and software protection, linkage protection of a control system, starting and operation is achieved, and operation safety and reliability are improved.

    本发明公开了防误触船用操控器,包括电动操控盒,所述电动操控盒上设置有操控杆,所述操控杆的手柄上安装有体表感知模块,体表感知模块连接电动操控盒的手柄操控系统,通过检测人手握住操控杆把手后,方可允许系统操控。所述操控杆的端部安装有使能按键,所述使能按键通过电动信号联动操控器的机械锁止机构,还通过调速杆与操控器的机械锁止机构连接配合。所述电动操控盒的挡位结构具有挡位感知模块和显示模块。操控器还设置磁感应急停模块。本发明集合多种防误触方法,解决未加防误触保护的操控器带来的安全隐患。通过机械、电气及软件保护,实现操控系统,启动和操作的联动保护,提高操作的安全性和可靠性。
