The invention belongs to the field of automobile body domain controllers and electric drive seat circuits, and discloses a method and system for automatically adjusting a seat backwards after FCW triggering, and the method comprises the steps that it is confirmed that an FCW system can be normally triggered and an electric drive seat can be normally adjusted in two directions, and after the FCW system is triggered, an intelligent driving domain controller analyzes the environment to calculate real-time TTC (Time To Collision) data and confirms the collision risk, and the electric drive seat can be automatically adjusted backwards after the FCW system is triggered. When a collision risk exists, the TTC data signal is sent to the vehicle body domain controller and converted into a matched pulse signal, the output frequency of the pulse signal is controlled, the moving speed and distance of the electric drive seat are adjusted, and it is ensured that the electric drive seat moves to a designated position and is locked before collision; according to the method, after inevitable collision occurs, the buffer space of a driver can be enlarged, the collision damage between the human body and the interior of the vehicle is relieved or avoided, and the driver is reminded through FCW alarm sound and the moving touch sense of the seat to take over the vehicle in time.
