The invention discloses an automobile thermal management heating system, a control method and a readable storage medium. The automobile thermal management heating system comprises an electronic water pump, a self-adaptive power distribution heater WPTC and a thermal management controller. The electronic water pump at least comprises a first electronic water pump and a second electronic water pump, and the first electronic water pump and the second electronic water pump are located in a passenger compartment loop and a battery loop respectively; the self-adaptive power distribution heater WPTC at least comprises a first heating channel and a second heating channel, and the first heating channel and the second heating channel are communicated with the first electronic water pump and the second electronic water pump respectively; the heat management controller heats the passenger compartment and/or the battery by controlling the duty ratio of the electronic water pump and/or the power distribution of the self-adaptive power distribution heater WPTC. The problems that the vehicle manufacturing cost is increased and the forecabin arrangement difficulty is increased are solved, the battery heat can be accurately controlled, and the requirements of a passenger compartment and the battery can be quickly responded.
