The generation device acquires an operation plan of the electric moving body, generates charge/discharge plan candidates for each of the plurality of storage batteries, and generates charge/discharge plan candidates from among the charge/discharge plan candidates on the basis of the operation plan. A candidate of a charge/discharge plan including charge/discharge of an electric moving body to/from a power system during a non-connection period and a candidate of a charge/discharge plan in which it is impossible to secure a predetermined battery consumption remaining amount of the electric moving body during the non-connection period are excluded, and an operation cost of the power system is calculated for the excluded candidate of the charge/discharge plan. A charge/discharge plan is determined on the basis of the operation cost, and the determined charge/discharge plan is output.

    生成装置获取电动移动体的运行计划,生成多个蓄电池各自的充放电计划的候选,基于运行计划,从充放电计划的候选中,将包括电动移动体向电力系统的非连接期间内的充放电的充放电计划的候选和无法确保预定在非连接期间内电动移动体的消耗电池余量的充放电计划的候选排除,针对排除后的充放电计划的候选,计算电力系统的运用成本,基于运用成本来决定充放电计划,并输出决定出的充放电计划。
