The invention discloses a traction equipment tail rope locking robot. The traction equipment tail rope locking robot comprises a supporting mechanism, a mechanical arm, a clamping mechanism and a stress relieving mechanism. The mechanical arm is installed on the supporting mechanism, and the movable end of the mechanical arm is provided with a clamping mechanism and a stress relieving mechanism matched with the clamping mechanism. The clamping mechanism comprises a cylindrical connecting shell, a connecting hole penetrating left and right is formed in the movable end of the mechanical arm, and the connecting shell is installed in the connecting hole and rotationally matched with the connecting hole. A clamping part is arranged at one end of the connecting shell and is used for clamping and fixing a wire; the clamping part can rotate along with the connecting shell; and the stress relieving mechanism can limit and unlock the rotation of the connecting shell. The auxiliary traction device is mainly applied to auxiliary traction equipment for traction operation, lasting manual traction is not needed, reliable tension is achieved to enable a traction rope on a traction wheel to keep sufficient static friction force, the phenomena of slipping and even rope running are avoided, workers are prevented from being accidentally injured by drawing, and the working efficiency and the working safety coefficient are improved.

    本发明公开了一种牵引设备尾绳锁紧机器人,包括支撑机构、机械臂、夹持机构和应力消除机构;机械臂安装在支撑机构上,机械臂的活动端设有夹持机构以及与夹持机构配合的应力消除机构;夹持机构包括圆筒形的连接外壳,机械臂在活动端设有左右贯穿的连接孔,连接外壳安装在连接孔内并与其转动配合;连接外壳的一端设有夹持部,夹持部用于夹持固定导线;夹持部可随连接外壳转动;应力消除机构能够实现对连接外壳转动的限位和解锁。本发明主要应用于辅助牵引设备进行牵拉作业,无需人力持久牵拉,实现可靠的张力使牵引轮上的牵引绳保持足够的静摩擦力,避免而出现的打滑甚至“跑绳”现象,防止意外抽伤工作人员,提高工作效率、工作安全系数。
