The invention relates to a female plug assembly, a charging station and a charging system. The female plug assembly comprises a female plug body, a movable plate, a flexible plate and a first connecting piece. The movable plate is provided with a first mounting hole. The flexible plate is arranged on one side of the movable plate, and a second mounting hole is formed in the flexible plate. The first connecting piece is connected with the movable plate and the flexible plate. The female plug body is arranged in the first mounting hole and the second mounting hole, and the female plug body is fixedly connected with the movable plate. When the male plug assembly and the female plug assembly are inserted oppositely, if a certain deviation exists between the center of the male plug assembly and the center of the female plug assembly, the male plug assembly forces the female plug body to move, the female plug body drives the movable plate to move synchronously, the movable plate drives the first connecting piece to move synchronously, and then acting force is applied to the flexible plate. The flexible plate deforms to provide an avoidance space for the female plug body, so that the female plug assembly can be coaxial with the male plug assembly to ensure that the male plug assembly and the female plug assembly complete coaxial plug-in.
