Comprising a first brake swing arm and a second brake swing arm which are symmetrically arranged, the first brake swing arm and the second brake swing arm generate acting force on the connecting rod during braking, and horizontal component force is parallel to the force measuring direction of the force measuring assembly. The two stress ends of the connecting rod act on the force measuring assembly in the same direction and in the same horizontal plane, and orthographic projections of the two stress ends coincide. The force measuring assembly is installed on the outer wall of the brake swing arm and electrically connected with the brake control system. The brake system is provided with a brake clamping force preset value which is compared with data of the force measuring assembly, the brake cylinder pressure is regulated through the brake control system, and a brake cylinder control loop is formed. The brake force measuring method comprises the steps that the control system sends out a brake instruction, the brake cylinder executes clamping, the force measuring assembly measures and feeds back the acting force of the connecting rod, and the system compares a preset value and adjusts the brake cylinder instruction till brake performance testing is completed. The real braking force can be measured in real time.
