The oil-free sealing device is used for oil-free dynamic sealing of an in-cylinder piston of the railway wagon brake cylinder, the sealing device comprises an O-shaped sealing ring and a sliding ring arranged on the outer side of the sealing ring in a sleeving mode, the sealing ring is made of rubber, and the sliding ring is made of polytetrafluoroethylene as a base material. Adding copper powder, carbon fibers, molybdenum disulfide and/or graphite; flanges are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the inner side of the sliding ring and used for limiting the sliding ring in a groove of the piston. The size of the slip ring and the size of the sealing ring meet the following formula: epsilon = (S slip ring + S ring max)/S groove; epsilon is the fullness rate, the S slip ring is the sectional area of the slip ring, the S groove is the sectional area of the groove of the piston, and the S ring max is the maximum sectional area of the sealing ring. The oil-free sealing mode is adopted, the sealing effect is good, the structure is relatively simple, maintenance is easy, cost is low, and the service life is long.
