The invention discloses a forklift three-stage gantry lifting control method, which comprises the following steps of: monitoring a lifting handle potentiometer output signal C1, a pressure sensor signal C2 and a proximity switch signal C3 through a controller, and judging: when C1 is more than 2.5 and less than or equal to 5, C1 is changed from small to large, C2 is less than or equal to 1, and C3 is equal to 0, executing no-load normal lifting; when C1 is larger than 2.5 and smaller than or equal to 5, C1 is changed from small to large, C2 is smaller than or equal to 1, and C3 is equal to 1, no-load switching lifting is executed; when C1 is larger than 2.5 and smaller than or equal to 5, C1 is changed from small to large, C2 is larger than 1 and smaller than or equal to 5, and C3 is equal to 0, on-load normal lifting is executed; and when C1 is larger than 2.5 and smaller than or equal to 5, C1 is changed from small to large, C2 is larger than 1 and smaller than or equal to 5, and C3 is equal to 1, on-load switching lifting is executed. The target rotating speed is reduced by controlling the oil pump motor, so that the speed is equal when the front lifting oil cylinder and the rear lifting oil cylinder are switched, sudden change of the speed is eliminated, impact is avoided, the whole vehicle operation stability is improved, the switching noise of the front cylinder and the rear cylinder of the portal is reduced, and the operation comfort is improved.

    本发明公开了叉车三级门架起升控制方法,方法步骤如下:通过控制器监测起升手柄电位器输出信号C1、压力传感器信号C2和接近开关信号C3,并进行判断:当2.5<C1≤5且C1由小变大,C2≤1,C3=0时,执行无载正常起升;当2.5<C1≤5且C1由小变大,C2≤1,C3=1时,执行无载切换起升;当2.5<C1≤5且C1由小变大,1<C2≤5,C3=0时,执行有载正常起升;当2.5<C1≤5且C1由小变大,1<C2≤5,C3=1时,执行有载切换起升。本发明通过控制油泵电机降低目标转速,使前起升油缸和后起升油缸切换时速度相等,消除速度突变,避免冲击,提高整车作业稳定性,减小门架前后缸切换噪声,提高操作舒适性。
