Comprising a shell and a micro-motion rod, a cavity is formed in the shell, an upper switch assembly and a lower switch assembly are arranged in the cavity, the micro-motion rod is arranged in the cavity through a double-thread screw, the lower end of the shell is connected with a lifting hook assembly through a middle shaft, the middle shaft is sleeved with a handle, the lower end of the double-thread screw extends out of the shell to be connected with the handle, and the handle is connected with the shell. The handle drives the double-thread screw to move upwards or downwards under the action of external force so as to drive the micro-motion rod to trigger the upper switch assembly and the lower switch assembly, and the double-thread screw is reset through the reset device. According to the invention, the switch and the lifting hook assembly are integrated, so that the structure is more compact, and the interference of a suspended switch and a control wire in the prior art on field operation can be avoided.
