The invention relates to a large-section steel beam lifting point structure and a design method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of steel beam lifting point manufacturing, and a lifting lug structure is composed of a main lug plate, stiffening rings on the two sides of a lug hole, main lug stiffening ribs and diaphragm plate stiffening ribs. The lifting point node plate is located on the upper portion of the top plate, is perpendicular to the transverse partition plate and is in penetration welding with a double-face groove of the top plate. The lifting point gusset plate is a holed nearly semicircular, and stiffening rings welded with the annular fillet of the gusset plate are arranged on the two sides of the holed part. Vertical stiffening ribs aligned with the transverse partition plates are arranged on the two sides outside the plane of the lifting lug gusset plate, and the vertical stiffening ribs, the top plate and the double-groove of the lifting lug gusset plate are subjected to penetration welding. Stiffening ribs on the two sides of the diaphragm plate at the lower part of the top plate are aligned with the main lug plates and are subjected to penetration welding with double grooves of the top plate and the diaphragm plate. According to the design method of the lifting point structure, the structure is simple, stress is reasonable, slotting on the top plate and later plug welding and grinding treatment are not needed, and the welding process difficulty is greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及一种大节段钢梁吊点结构及其设计方法设计,属于钢梁吊点制造技术领域,吊耳结构由主耳板、耳孔两侧加劲环、主耳加劲肋、横隔板加劲肋组成。将横隔板附近的吊点结构在顶板处上下一分为二,吊点节点板位于顶板上部,与横隔板垂直布置,与顶板双面坡口熔透焊。吊点节点板为开孔的近半圆形,开孔处两侧设与节点板环形角焊缝的加劲环。在吊耳节点板平面外两侧,设置与横隔板对位的竖向加劲肋,竖向加劲肋与顶板和吊耳节点板双面坡口熔透焊。顶板下部横隔板两侧加劲肋与主耳板对位,与顶板和横隔板双面坡口熔透焊。这种吊点结构设计方法结构简单,受力合理,无需在顶板开槽及后期塞焊磨平处理,大大减少了焊接工艺难度。
