The surveying and mapping unmanned aerial vehicle capable of reducing surveying and mapping errors comprises a vehicle body, power rods are arranged on the four sides of the vehicle body in an outward protruding mode, rotor wings are rotatably connected to the top ends of the power rods, a main control room is connected to the middle of the top end of the vehicle body, and buffer assemblies are connected between the four sides of the bottom end of the vehicle body. The middle part of the bottom end of the machine body is connected with an adjustable holder, the main control room is connected with and controls the adjustable holder, and the lower end part of the adjustable holder is connected with a surveying and mapping camera module; a processing unit, a storage unit, a GPS transceiving unit and a wireless communication unit are arranged in the master control room. Compared with the prior art, the surveying and mapping unmanned aerial vehicle capable of reducing surveying and mapping errors and the surveying and mapping method have the advantages that operation and use are convenient, and surveying and mapping precision can be improved.
