The invention discloses a parallel hybrid mine truck torque distribution strategy simulation method, which comprises the following steps of: when a hybrid mine truck power system meets an activation condition, acquiring a current actual rotating speed of an engine and an engine target torque MAP table to determine a current required torque original value of the engine; determining the required torque of the engine according to the rotating speed and the torque limit of the hybrid drive system where the engine is located; according to the current actual rotating speed of each motor and the target torque MAP table, determining the original value of the current required torque of each motor; determining the required torque of each motor according to the capacity limitation of the whole vehicle power system; according to the required torque of each motor and the gear speed ratio of the gearbox, the required torque of an output shaft of the gearbox is obtained; meanwhile, a corresponding simulation verification method is provided, so that the problems that the efficiency is extremely low and tiny errors are inconvenient to find when the torque distribution strategy of the whole vehicle controller software of the hybrid mining truck is tested at present are solved, and an electronic control engineer is helped to improve the VCU software development efficiency.

    本发明公开了提出了一种并联式混动矿卡扭矩分配策略仿真方法,包括以下步骤:当混动矿用卡车动力系统满足激活条件时,获取当前发动机实际转速和发动机目标扭矩MAP表以确定当前发动机的需求扭矩原始值;根据发动机所在混动驱动系统的转速和扭矩限制确定发动机的需求扭矩;根据当前各电机的实际转速和目标扭矩MAP表,确定当前各电机的需求扭矩原始值;根据整车电力系统的能力限制确定各电机的需求扭矩;根据各电机的需求扭矩和变速箱挡位速比,得到变速箱输出轴需求扭矩;同时提供了相应的仿真验证方法,解决目前在混动矿用卡车整车控制器软件的扭矩分配策略测试时存在的效率极低、不方便查找细微之处的错误的问题,帮助电控工程师提高VCU软件开发效率。
