The method comprises the steps that to-be-predicted time information is acquired, the to-be-predicted time information is a to-be-predicted time period or a to-be-predicted time node, the to-be-predicted time period is a target time period for predicting the charging and discharging strategy of the battery swap station, and the to-be-predicted time node is a target time node for predicting the charging and discharging strategy of the battery swap station; and inputting the to-be-predicted time period into a pre-trained charging and discharging strategy prediction model to obtain a charging and discharging strategy, output by the charging and discharging strategy prediction model, of the battery swap station in the to-be-predicted time period, and controlling the battery swap station to charge and discharge in the to-be-predicted time period according to the charging and discharging strategy. According to the scheme, the accuracy of the charging and discharging strategy of the battery swap station can be improved.
