The invention provides a power battery charging method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the charging method comprises the steps: obtaining working condition parameters of a power battery in a current state; inputting the working condition parameters into a charging strategy to obtain a target charging rate; wherein the charging strategy is used for representing a function relationship between the charging multiplying power and the working condition parameters; and charging the power battery according to the target charging rate. Therefore, according to the method, through real-time regulation and control of the target charging rate in the charging process of the power battery, the purpose of rapid charging is achieved.
