The invention provides a high-voltage fault prediction method, device and equipment and a storage medium, and relates to the technical field of automobiles, and the method comprises the steps: judging the on-off state of a relay connected with a connection loop between a motor and a bus when it is detected that the motor works in a power generation mode; when the on-off state is a conducting state, whether active discharging is carried out on the bus is detected; when it is detected that the bus is not actively discharged, bus voltage values at the two ends of the bus are obtained; and predicting whether a drive circuit of the motor has a high-voltage fault based on the bus voltage value. When the motor generates power, the generated electric energy is transmitted to the bus through the relay and the bus does not discharge, whether the driving circuit of the motor has a high-voltage fault risk or not is predicted through the voltage values of the voltages at the two ends of the bus. Pretreatment can be carried out before a fault occurs, so that the fault is avoided, the stability and reliability of power of the whole vehicle are protected, the safety of a user is protected, and the cost of later vehicle maintenance is saved.

    本发明提供一种高压故障预测方法、装置、设备及存储介质,涉及汽车技术领域,该方法的步骤包括:在检测到电机工作于发电模式时,判断连接电机与母线之间连接回路的继电器的通断状态;在通断状态为导通状态时,检测是否对母线进行主动放电;在检测到未对母线进行主动放电时,获取母线两端的母线电压值;基于母线电压值,预测电机的驱动电路是否存在高压故障。在电机发电并通过继电器将产生的电能传输至母线且母线未进行放电时,通过母线两端电压的电压值来预测电机的驱动电路是否存在高压故障的风险。可以在故障发生前进行预处理,来避免故障的发生,保护整车动力的稳定性及可靠性,保护用户安全,并节约后期维修车辆的成本。
