The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and particularly relates to a semi-active suspension hybrid ceiling-ground ceiling control method based on an improved controllable inerter. Comprising the following steps: step 1, modeling an ideal hybrid ceiling-ground shed semi-active suspension considering an inerter; 2, optimizing parameters of the ideal hybrid ceiling-ground shed semi-active suspension model considering the inerter; and step 3, determining a controllable inertia coefficient of the improved controllable inerter according to the inertia coefficient of the optimized ceiling inerter obtained in the step 2, so as to design a control strategy of the hybrid ceiling-ground ceiling semi-active suspension considering a matching relationship between a damping coefficient and the inertia coefficient. According to the method, it can be guaranteed that the vehicle keeps the optimal inertia coefficient and damping coefficient under different road conditions, vehicle body vibration of the target vehicle is effectively reduced, and the driving comfort is improved.

    本发明属于汽车技术领域,具体的说是一种基于改进可控惯容器的半主动悬架混合天棚‑地棚控制方法。包括以下步骤:步骤一、对考虑惯容器的理想混合天棚‑地棚半主动悬架进行建模;步骤二、对考虑惯容器的理想混合天棚‑地棚半主动悬架模型的参数进行寻优;步骤三、根据步骤二获得的优化后的天棚惯容器的惯性系数确定改进可控惯容器的可控惯性系数,从而设计考虑阻尼系数和惯性系数匹配关系的混合天棚‑地棚半主动悬架的控制策略。本发明能够保证车辆在不同的路况下都保持最优的惯性系数与阻尼系数,有效降低目标车辆的车身振动,并提升驾乘舒适性。
