The invention discloses a demand side resource multi-target scheduling method considering green power benefit and power distribution network congestion, and relates to the technical field of power demand side resource scheduling, and the method comprises the steps: building a demand side resource model according to demand side data corresponding to a flexible load aggregator; quantizing the green electricity benefit by adopting a green certificate transaction mechanism and a stepped carbon transaction mechanism; quantizing the congestion degree of the power distribution network by adopting slack variables; according to a demand side resource model, the quantized green power benefit and the quantized congestion degree of the power distribution network, establishing a target function of demand side resource scheduling; the objective function aims at minimizing the operation cost and minimizing the blocking degree of the power distribution network; and solving the objective function to obtain an optimized demand side resource scheduling scheme. According to the method, green power consumption in the power distribution network can be considered, and carbon emission is reduced.
