The method comprises a real-time data acquisition module, a real-time data processing module and a real-time early warning module. Wherein the data acquisition module is used for acquiring vehicle information and road area environment information in a vehicle driving process, and transmitting parameters to the instant data processing module; the real-time data processing module is used for performing safety simulation analysis on the information from the real-time data acquisition module to obtain vehicle hardware safety analysis and road condition safety analysis results, and performing driving safety analysis according to the vehicle hardware safety analysis result and the road condition safety analysis result to obtain a risk assessment result; and the real-time early warning module is used for sending corresponding risk early warning information to the driver when the risk assessment result is abnormal. Different early warning ranges are set for different load-carrying vehicles, and the influence on the transportation efficiency can be reduced to the minimum extent while the running transportation safety of the truck is guaranteed.
