The method comprises the following steps: carrying out waiting duration calculation on all pedestrians existing in a pedestrian waiting list within continuous moments to obtain a total waiting duration; if the total waiting time length is greater than a waiting time threshold value for the pedestrian to initiate the street crossing demand, judging whether the execution time length of the current motor vehicle phase corresponding to the pedestrian road section is greater than the minimum green light time length of the motor vehicle phase; if the current motor vehicle phase execution duration is greater than the minimum green light duration, judging whether the total number of to-be-passed motor vehicles corresponding to the pedestrian road section is smaller than a vehicle passing threshold value or not; if the total number of the to-be-passed motor vehicles is smaller than the vehicle passing threshold value, whether the state duration of the state that the total number of the to-be-passed motor vehicles is smaller than the vehicle passing threshold value is larger than an interruption release time threshold value or not is judged; and if the state duration is greater than the interruption release time threshold, carrying out light color switching on the pedestrian road section to release pedestrians.
本发明公开一种基于雷视融合的独立路段行人过街信号控制方法及系统。方法包括:对连续时刻内存在于行人等候列表的所有行人进行等待时长计算,获得总等待时长;若总等待时长大于行人发起过街需求的等候时间阈值,则判断人行路段对应的当前机动车相位执行时长是否大于机动车相位的最小绿灯时长;若当前机动车相位执行时长大于最小绿灯时长,则判断人行路段对应的待通行机动车总数量是否小于车辆通行阈值;若待通行机动车总数量小于车辆通行阈值,则判断待通行机动车总数量小于车辆通行阈值的状态持续时长是否大于中断放行时间阈值;若状态持续时长大于中断放行时间阈值,则对人行路段进行灯色切换,放行行人。
