The invention relates to a charging scheduling method, device and equipment for a battery swap station and a storage medium, and relates to the field of intelligent charging and battery swap stations. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a power loss record, wherein the power loss record comprises historical charging power of n battery swap stations in each of m time periods; constructing a scheduling strategy model, wherein the scheduling strategy model comprises a target function and a constraint condition; on the basis of the power loss, iterative optimization is carried out through a scheduling strategy model and a dynamic neighborhood particle swarm optimization algorithm, a target scheduling strategy is obtained under the condition that an iteration termination condition is met, and the target scheduling strategy is used for indicating the adjusted charging power of the n battery swap stations in each of the m time periods; and performing charging scheduling based on the target scheduling strategy. Through the method, the charging scheduling strategy can be dynamically formulated based on the historical power loss condition of each battery swap station in each time period to regulate and control the charging power in the battery swap station, and the energy utilization rate is improved.
