The invention relates to a hovercraft bearing device with shafting deformation compensation capability, which comprises a support bearing, an input flange, an output flange and a membrane disc coupling, the input flange is mounted in a bearing seat assembly through the support bearing, the support bearing adopts a self-aligning roller structure form and has an automatic self-aligning function, and the output flange is mounted on the support bearing. The influence of angle deviation caused by deformation of the hovercraft body can be automatically adjusted; the input flange is fixedly connected with the membrane disc coupler through the output flange. The self-aligning roller is adopted as a rotating part in the bearing device, the self-aligning function is achieved, and the influence of angle deviation caused by boat body deformation is automatically adjusted; an output flange in the bearing device is connected with the double-membrane-disc coupler through a flange plate, the deflection of the coupler can be improved through the double-membrane-disc structural form, and the compensation capacity is improved.

    本发明涉及一种具有轴系变形补偿能力的气垫船用轴承装置,包括支撑轴承、输入法兰、输出法兰、膜盘联轴器,输入法兰通过支撑轴承安装在轴承座组件内,支撑轴承采用调心滚子结构形式,具有自动调心功能,能够自动调整因气垫船船体变形造成的角度偏差的影响;输入法兰通过输出法兰固定连接膜盘联轴器。本发明的轴承装置内部旋转件采用调心滚子,具有自动调心功能,自动调整因艇体变形造成的角度偏差的影响;轴承装置中输出法兰与双片膜盘联轴器通过法兰盘连接,双片膜盘结构形式可提高联轴器的挠度,增加补偿能力。
