The invention discloses a cable crane main cable force control method, system and equipment and a readable storage medium, and relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and the cable crane main cable force control method comprises the steps that a main cable empty cable sag calculation value is determined according to a preset main cable empty cable sag deviation value by taking a main cable empty cable sag design value as a benchmark; based on the main cable empty cable sag calculation value, calculating a corresponding first cable force when the crown block is in a no-load state and a corresponding second cable force when the crown block is in a full-load state; determining a main cable empty cable sag deviation limit value according to the first cable force, the second cable force, a preset cable force deviation allowable value and the main cable empty cable sag deviation value; and controlling the sag deviation of the main cable according to the empty cable sag deviation limit value of the main cable in the construction stage of the main cable. According to the method, the safety risk during construction of the main cable of the cable crane is reduced, and the cable force deviation of the main cable in the use process of the cable crane is ensured to be within a specified limit range.
