The invention relates to a front vehicle track long-time prediction method and device, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: detecting the actual working condition of a current vehicle, and obtaining a plurality of vehicle driving parameter relational expressions of the current vehicle when the actual working condition is detected to be a following working condition; based on the multiple vehicle driving parameter relational expressions, a vehicle following mathematical model of the current vehicle is obtained, the vehicle following mathematical model and a preset intelligent driver model are fused, and an initial basic vehicle following model of the current vehicle is generated; and calibrating the initial basic car-following model to obtain a final basic car-following model, and predicting a front vehicle track of the current vehicle based on the plurality of vehicle driving parameter relational expressions and the final basic car-following model. Therefore, the problems that a traditional IDM model has defects under some working conditions, and the requirement for long-time accurate prediction of the front vehicle track is difficult to meet are solved.
