The invention discloses a direct-current charging pile, and the pile comprises a cabinet which is internally provided with a module rack; an air inlet is formed in the lower side of the cabinet, and an air outlet is formed in the upper side of the cabinet; a plurality of charging modules which are installed on the module rack in parallel; a gap is formed between adjacent charging modules; each charging module comprises a first alternating current input terminal and a first alternating current output terminal; the module back plate is connected with the module rack; the module backboard is provided with a second AC input terminal and a second DC output terminal. The module backboard is also provided with an electrical element. According to the scheme, the charging modules are vertically arranged side by side, cold air enters the lower sides of the charging modules from the air inlets in the lower side of the cabinet, is discharged to the cavity in the upper side of the cabinet after passing through the vertical air ducts formed among the charging modules, and is discharged out of the cabinet from the air outlets in the upper side of the cabinet, so that the air ducts of the whole machine are simplified, the wind resistance of the system is greatly reduced, and a large fan of the whole machine is omitted; and the cost is reduced, and the noise level of the whole machine is reduced.

    本申请公开了一种直流充电桩,包括:机柜,机柜内部设置有模块机架;机柜下侧设置有进风口,机柜上侧设置有出风口;若干充电模块,所有充电模块并列安装于模块机架上;相邻充电模块之间有间隙;每个充电模块上均包括第一交流输入端子和第一交流输出端子;模块背板,模块背板与模块机架连接;模块背板上设置有第二交流输入端子和第二直流输出端子,模块背板上还布置有电气元件。该方案充电模块并排立放布置,冷风从机柜下侧的进风口进入充电模块下侧,经充电模块之间形成的竖直风道后排出到机柜上侧空腔,再从机柜上侧的出风口排到柜外,精简了整机风道,大大减小系统的风阻,省掉了整机的大风机,降低了成本,且降低了整机的噪音等级。
