The method comprises the steps that the position of a stop lever, the motor torque and the motor rotating speed are obtained; according to the stop lever position, the stop lever state of the vehicle stop lever is determined; determining a first torque state of the target motor according to the motor torque; determining the rotating speed state of the target motor according to the motor rotating speed; if the first torque state is a first torque positive state, the rotating speed state is a rotating speed positive state, and the stop lever state is a stop lever negative state, determining that the target motor meets a preset first motor control working condition, or if the first torque state is a first torque negative state, the rotating speed state is a rotating speed negative state, and the stop lever state is a stop lever positive state, determining that the target motor meets a preset first motor control working condition; determining that the target motor meets the first motor control condition; and in response to the fact that the target motor meets the first motor control working condition and the vehicle stop lever is in the stop lever in-gear state, the control mode of the target motor is adjusted. The target motor can be effectively controlled, and the running safety of the vehicle is ensured.
