The invention relates to an assembling method of a battery cell module and a battery pack, the battery cell module, the battery pack and a vehicle. The assembling method of the battery cell module comprises the following steps: sequentially stacking and arranging a preset number of battery cell bodies along a first direction to form a battery cell column; first end plates are respectively adhered to the two ends of the battery cell column along the first direction; the two battery cell columns are sequentially arranged in the second direction, and a first side face cooling plate in heat exchange contact with the two battery cell columns is pasted between the two battery cell columns; the two end plates are extruded in the direction close to each other in the first direction so as to apply pre-tightening force to the corresponding battery cell columns in the first direction; second side surface cooling plates in heat exchange contact with the corresponding battery cell columns are respectively adhered to one surfaces, deviating from the first side surface cooling plates, of the battery cell columns along a second direction; the extrusion force is relieved after the corresponding second side surface cooling plate and the battery cell column are firmly adhered, so that the end plate and the second side surface cooling plate can play a role in bearing the battery cell body without being connected, the assembly process is simplified, and the assembly is convenient.

    本公开涉及一种电芯模组及电池包的组装方法、电芯模组、电池包、车辆,该电芯模组的组装方法包括将预设数量的电芯体沿第一方向依次堆叠排列形成电芯列;沿第一方向在电芯列的两端分别粘贴第一端板;将两个电芯列沿第二方向依次排列并在两个电芯列之间粘贴与两个电芯列都换热接触的第一侧面冷却板;沿第一方向将两个端板朝向相互靠近的方向挤压以为对应的电芯列在第一方向上施加预紧力;沿第二方向在各电芯列背离第一侧面冷却板的一面分别粘贴与对应电芯列换热接触的第二侧面冷却板;对应的第二侧面冷却板、电芯列粘贴牢固后解除挤压力,这样端板与第二侧面冷却板无需连接就可对电芯体起到承载作用,简化了组装工序,便于装配。
