According to the method, thunderstorm reflectivity data of a weather avoidance area is monitored based on a weather radar, a related risk situation awareness index system is constructed, the risk degree, spatial distribution and a power mechanism of the weather avoidance area are dynamically evaluated according to a flight safety standard by fusing machine learning and an artificial intelligence method, and thus the flight safety of an aircraft is evaluated.
