The invention relates to a traffic scene intelligent big data management system, and the system comprises a target judgment part which is used for judging an image region matched with a set navigation mark appearance imaging feature from a current rendered image as a to-be-analyzed image region, detecting each background pixel point from the current rendered image based on a gray value range corresponding to a background, when the number of background pixel points existing in the to-be-analyzed image area exceeds the limit, a target detection failure signal is sent out; and the wireless return component is used for wirelessly returning the navigation mark supplement request when receiving the target detection failure signal. The traffic scene intelligent big data management system is wide in application and intelligent in design. On the basis of a customized visual detection mechanism, the wireless return component arranged in the control console of the unmanned aerial vehicle is used for wirelessly returning the navigation mark supplement request to the water surface traffic management server when the navigation mark target detection failure signal is received, so that intelligent management of navigation marks at all positions is realized.

    本发明涉及一种交通场景智能大数据管理系统,包括:目标判断部件,用于从当前渲染图像中判断与设定航标外形成像特征匹配的图像区域以作为待分析图像区域,基于背景对应的灰度数值范围从当前渲染图像中检测出各个背景像素点,在待分析图像区域中存在的背景像素点数目超限时,发出目标检测失败信号;无线回传部件,用于在接收到目标检测失败信号时,无线回传航标补设请求。本发明的交通场景智能大数据管理系统应用广泛、设计智能。由于能够在定制的视觉检测机制的基础上,使用设置在无人飞行器的控制台内的无线回传部件用于在接收到航标目标检测失败信号时,向水面交通管理服务器无线回传航标补设请求,从而实现对各处航标的智能化管理。
