The invention discloses an automatic steel strand winding control system and method suitable for hydraulic synchronous lifting. The automatic steel strand winding control system comprises a main control system, a hydraulic lifting system and a hydraulic winding system. The hydraulic lifting system comprises a plurality of lifting jacks and lifting control systems arranged corresponding to the lifting jacks. The hydraulic winding system comprises a plurality of winding devices, winding control systems and sub-control systems, wherein the winding control systems and the sub-control systems correspond to the winding devices. The lifting jacks and the winding devices are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence mode. The main control system is connected with the lifting control systems and the sub-control systems so as to send instructions to the sub-control systems according to the states of the lifting jacks, and the winding control systems control the corresponding winding devices to be matched with the lifting or lowering actions of the lifting jacks to wind or release the steel strands. The steel strand winding device can be matched with a lifting jack to automatically wind or release a steel strand, and the working efficiency of lifting or lowering a heavy object can be effectively improved.

    本发明公开了适用于液压同步提升的钢绞线自动卷绕控制系统及方法,包括:主控系统、液压提升系统以及液压卷绕系统;所述液压提升系统包括多个提升千斤顶以及与各所述提升千斤顶对应设置的提升控制系统;所述液压卷绕系统包括多个卷绕装置以及与各所述卷绕装置对应设置的卷绕控制系统和分控系统;所述提升千斤顶与所述卷绕装置一一对应设置;主控系统分别与各提升控制系统和各分控系统连接,以根据各提升千斤顶的状态,向各分控系统发送指令,通过卷绕控制系统控制对应的卷绕装置配合提升千斤顶的提升或下放动作进行收卷或释放钢绞线。本发明能够配合提升千斤顶自动进行钢绞线的收卷或释放,可有效提高提升或下放重物的工作效率。
